Baggage Information

In Economy Class, passengers are allowed 1 piece of checked baggage up to 23kg. For specific routes like Bishkek – Seoul – Bishkek, Istanbul – Tashkent – Istanbul, Tashkent – Istanbul – Tashkent, Istanbul – Kazakhstan – Istanbul, and Kazakhstan – Istanbul – Kazakhstan, there is an opportunity for an increased baggage allowance of 2 pieces up to 23kg. 

• The rule, which specifies that the total size of each piece of checked baggage (length + width + height) must not exceed 158 cm, does not apply to infants under two years old travelling on an adult's lap.

•The increased baggage allowance is applicable only if the journey begins in the specified city of origin. For instance, on the Bishkek – Seoul – Bishkek route, the increased baggage allowance applies for the round trip originating in Bishkek and for Bishkek – Seoul one-way. However, if the trip starts in Seoul without a separate special offer for Seoul – Bishkek, the increased baggage allowance will not apply.

•Please note that the special baggage allowance will not be applicable if your journey includes a stopover exceeding 24 hours on the Istanbul – Tashkent – Istanbul route.
