 Terms of the upgrade

- When upgrading, you must have a good flight history. Namely, without taking down insults and inappropriate behavior.

- If you violate the purchase and upgrade agreement , the agreement will be terminated prematurely .

- To upgrade, you need to fly for 1 month or visit 14 flights of Air Astana.

Offer rules

- When purchasing any upgrade class of service . You AUTOMATICALLY agree to the terms of the offer.

- When withdrawing business class, Air Astana employees may keep silent about the reason for the withdrawal .The EXCEPTION is Payment for tenge or robux.

- In case of any violations of the flight rules, namely, Inadequacy, non-discrimination and insults towards people and airlines (exception - if you want to say flaws), we have the right to blacklist you without the possibility of reinstatement with the withdrawal of business class.

- The proceeds from class upgrades from economy to Business Class cannot be returned in any way.
